Flavio is in charge of the full-service engineering project organization. His proven track record in industry is well known to numerous clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. He was a senior project manager with Bechtel, where he executed projects of high complexity for clients in the petroleum refining, petrochemical and defense industries.

He later established Quasar Engineering’s Emeryville branch office, and was one of the founders of SWAT Engineering in Richmond. After managing SWAT, Flavio went on to join Genentech as an engineering manager. He joined VERSA as a principal in 2008.

Flavio is dedicated to creating a project execution culture that is characterized by thoroughness and high performance. He has a Chemical Engineering Degree from Universidad Technologica Nacional in Argentina.

Fred is dedicated to building unique technical support and engineering organization for our clients – one that is distinguished by exceptionally high standards. He brings to the company over three decades of experience in facility engineering, operations management and engineering management.

Fred believes in strong people management being the bedrock of excellent engineering. He is also a pioneer in adopting high technology solutions to traditional engineering work and facility operations support.

Previously, Fred held positions which include: Vice President, Consulting Division, SWAT Engineering Group, Operations Superintendent and Process Engineering Superintendent, Avon Refinery, Tosco Corporation (now Marathon.)

Fred has a Chemical Engineering degree from UC Berkeley, and an MBA from St. Mary’s College of California.
